Lyndon Welcomes New Senior Stewards!

In respect of the church both individually and as a couple they bring many gifts and talents and for me 2 stand out, those of hospitality and encouragement. Libby’s shortbread is legendary and both she and Richard understand that faith is best explored over food and inclusive hospitality. Like Jesus in the story of Zacchaeus (Luke 19) they embrace the practice that where warmth and invitation are established, convictions and matters of the heart can be shared.

We offer them and their daughter Charlotte, our prayers and support as they step out in faith in this new and demanding role. They lead a team which embraces experience in the persons of Ian Hancock, Lynette Edge, Shirley Taylor, Andrew Wassall, Jo Powell and fresh impetus from Graham Leek and Ermine Mitchell. May God bless a fruitful year at Lyndon.
